This is a new website to list your Truck Camper events, be they rallies, campouts, caravans or shows. It is under development, but is ready to use.

Please note this is only for Truck Camper related events. We do not have the manpower or time to deal with all RV rallies. If you have another type of RV rally you wish a form created for we will do it for a fee ($10). Email admin@tcevents.org

Here is how it works:

1) You request your event to be listed and forms created. Here is the request form . If you just want a straight listing, email the info to admin@tcevents.org

2) We create a registration form for you where participants may register. You tell us what fields you want when you fill out your request form..

3) You supply us with the organizer's E-Mail.

4) We provide you with an online link to your form. It will be something like www.tcevents.org/nwrally. This will appear on this website with the link & your event info as a listing. It is also the link you may put on other forums & web sites, or wherever you wish to post your event, or you may email the link to intersted participants.

5) When people fill out the form, the organizer will recieve an email with their registation information

6) The registrant will receive a custom confirmation email that you write for us. That email can contain things contact info or links to paypal to pay a deposit or whatever you wish.
